I have a finance or payment-related question about Matchi - who should I contact?

For any finance or payment queries, please contact Matchi directly via their live chat on the Matchi website.
To start, visit the Matchi Help Centre and click the “Help” button in the bottom-right corner of the page. You’ll initially be assisted by their chatbot, with the option to speak to a live support agent when available.
Live chat opening hours:
Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 16:00
Closed: 12:00 – 13:00
Outside of these hours, the chatbot may still provide automated support, but a live agent will not be available.
